Your Way to Happiness

Happiness can not be defined in words. It is a state of mind having a feeling of contentment. The key to happiness is in our hands and we are the ones who have the power to change our moods and feelings as desired. The degree and objects of happiness may differ from person to person. For instance, one person becomes happy by rendering a helping hand to others, whereas to others happiness comes only when they are paid for the help.

Positive thinking is the only tool which can keep a person happy even midst of the toughest of his times. Being positive in the midst of adversity can always make someone feel happy and secure. A Positive outlook in life would definitely beat all trials and struggles in life. Hard work is the key which opens the doors to optimism. You should never feel that you have LOST. The mere feeling of loosing something can ruin your happiness. Always remember that falling is not failure, sitting there is failure. Identify your mistakes, get up and get going even with more josh.

Never sit idle. Realize the fact that everyone has been bestowed with equal powers by the God. It is just a matter of utilizing it or loosing it by sitting idle. Decide the aim of your life according to the circumstances and keeping your capabilities in mind. Put your best effort to achieve the decided aim. This will not give you time to even think about sadness and will protect you from feeling frustrated and ignored. So, just go for it to fulfill your dreams and make your life even happier.

Be kind and spread love. You will see that even the smallest act of your kindness will bring hundred times more happiness and respect back to you. Work to make others happy and you will get happiness as a reward.

As the saying goes, "Laughter is the best medicine". Express your feeling of happiness by laughing and by making others also laugh. This will increase your happiness ten times and will fill you with positive energy, a key to success.

Be contented with what you have. Kill jealousy and kindle humanity within you. The very feeling of jealousy is enough to ruin your happiness and fill your life with bitterness. If you feel that the position or the things that somebody else has, you should be having, then work for it till you achieve it.

Other than the routine work, take out sometime for yourself and do what makes you feel happy. It could be singing, dancing, going on long drives, and watching movies, and so on. This will break monotony and will fill you with new life.

Happy mind lives in healthy body. The importance of fitness and health can not be ignored to stay cheerful. Leading a simple and healthy routine and optimistic attitude together bring happiness in your life.

To sum up, just stay fit, feel good, work hard and love all. Nothing can stop you from feeling happy.
